Return & Refund Policy

At Wristoraq, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be honored once the order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

The refund amount will exclude any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase. For items purchased as part of a bundle, the refund value will be calculated based on the proportional value of the returned item within the bundle.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted. If after completing these steps you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer service team with details of your purchase and refund request for further investigation.
